ortland R. Marsh, daughter of Ezra Marsh and Mary L. G. Smith, was born 17 June 1883 in Scio, Washtenaw County, Michigan. She married Jay C. Ferguson, son of A.P. Ferguson and Stella (Underwood) Ferguson, on 9 July 1901 in Scio, Washtenaw County, Michigan. Her husband, Jay C. Ferguson, died at age 22 years on 11 July 1903 in Ann Arbor, Washtenaw County, Michigan. She married Henry J. Schlemmer, son of J. George Schlemmer, on 30 August 1907 in Ann Arbor, Washtenaw County, Michigan. Her husband, Henry J. Schlemmer, died at age 80 years in 1945. She died in 1949 in Ann Arbor, Washtenaw County, Michigan. She was buried in the Forest Hill Cemetery in Ann Arbor, Washtenaw County, Michigan.
