Biography
Walter Marshman was born in the Colony of South Australia (1836-1900)
Walter Marshman was born on 13 August 1865 on the Gawler Plains, South Australia (roughly the plain between the Little Para and Gawler Rivers north of Adelaide). He was the son of Robert Marshman and Hannah (Mills) Marshman.
He married Susanah March on 8 March 1892 at the residence of Alfred March (her father) at Willamulka, South Australia.[1] They moved to Warracknabeal in Victoria where eight children were registered between 1895 and 1910.
Walter died at the age of 62 in 1928 at Warracknabeal in Victoria, Australia.[2]
