Margarethe was born in 1841. She is the daughter of Johann Marxen and Margarethe Weiland.
There is room for error here. Familienbuch Schleidweiler says that Margarethe MARXEN, daughter of Johann MARXEN and Margarethe WEILAND of DODENBURG married Daniel ROYER in Zemmer. I have not examined the original marriage document, but I suspect it is more likely that Daniel ROYER may have been born in Dodenburg. After all, his father Nikolaus is listed as from Heckenmünster, which is adjacent to Dodenburg. It is possible, of course, that Daniel from Heckenmünster married Margarethe from Dodenburg in Zemmer, but I believe this to be unlikely. It is more likely that one of the daughters Margarethe MARXEN, daughter of Johann MARXEN and Margarethe WEILAND of Zemmer married Daniel ROYER in Zemmer.
Note that there were two daughters named Margarethe MARXEN (Marxen-77 and Marxen-26) ; either may be the wife of Daniel ROYER, and mother of his children. Either may also be the mother of Peter MARXEN (Marxen-94), born in 1861 and died 1862 in Zemmer.
