Felicia was born in 1827 in the town of Corato, in the Bari region of Puglia, Italy. Her parents were Vincenzo Masciave and Maria La Fiandra.
On 6 August 1856 in Corato, Felicia married Potito Marzocca.
She passed away after 1897.
