Ann (Massey) Leonard was born about 8 Aug 1777 in Chester County, Province of Pennsylvania, daughter of Phineas Massey (1739–1800) and Susannah (Batten) Massey (~1745–<1802).

Ann died on 13 Dec 1839 in Lycoming County, Pennsylvania, United States, aged about 62.
