Biography
Charles F. Maxwell served as the mayor of St. Thomas, Ontario, from 1903 to 1904.[1]
When Charles F Maxwell was born on July 11, 1873, in St Thomas, Ontario, Canada, his father, John, was 33 and his mother, Mary, was 32. He married Clara Alice Proudlove on September 22, 1897, in Perth, Ontario, Canada.[2] They had six children during their marriage. He died on March 23, 1911, in London, Ontario, Canada, at the age of 37.
