Biography

Christena Catherine McCallum, daughter of John Alexander McCallum and Ann McNaughton, was born on January 26, 1871 in Vaughan, Ontario.^[1][2][3]

As of the date of the 1901 Census, Christena was 30 years old and living with her siblings, Daniel A. (36), John Malcolm (27), and Sarah Frances (24).^[4]

Christena was living at Lot 27, Concession 10 in Vaughan from approximately 1910 until her death.^[1] She was single when she died on December 6, 1928.^[1][2][3] Christena was buried in Nashville Cemetery in Kleinburg, Ontario on December 8, 1928.^[1][2][3]

Research Notes

The date of birth noted on Christena's death record is January 26, 1871 but her gravestone indicates a birth year of 1873.^[1][2][3] No birth record has been found.
