Here is the info:

Olive died on March 15, 1933 at 48 Brighton Road, Dublin, at the age of 39, of food poisoning. Under 'Signature, Qualification and Residence of Informant', it has "Information received from Dr. J.P. Brennan coroner for Co. Dublin Inquest held 16:3:1933."

Robert died on September 21, 1933 at Cork Street Hospital (that was Cork Street Fever Hospital) of Diptheria, 42 days, certified. Under 'Signature, Qualification and Residence of Informant', it has "P. Bracken Present at death Cork Street Hospital". It also has under Robert's name, 'late of 69 Brighton Square'.

Both certificates also have a 'Rank, Profession or Occupation' column. Olive's reads 'Independent Means', and Robert's reads 'Lighthouse Keeper's Child'.

Also, I accidentally found their final resting place by a random search of William Henry Houston in Dublin. The three are together in Mount Jerome Cemetery, a beautiful old cemetery in Dublin. See attached file.

Diptheria was a bacterial infection that all children are inoculated against now, along with measles and whooping cough. 109 children died from diphtheria in Dublin in 1933. Perhaps Robert also had cerebral palsy, which would have decreased his chances of surviving. live died on March 15, 1933 at 48 Brighton Road, Dublin, at the age of 39, of food poisoning. Perhaps Robert also had cerebral palsy, which would have decreased his chances of surviving. When Olive and Robert died, William would have been about 53. Perhaps he was no longer a building supervisor but had moved on to another occupation. Dad mentioned (I forgot! I have a copy of Dad's birth certificate somewhere) that he was a designer or architect of lighthouses at one point.
