Biography
James was born about 1853. He was the son of Thomas McGlashan and Margaret Dunn.
He was baptised on 13 February 1853 in St Peter, Liverpool, Lancashire, England.[1]
He passed away about 1904. First-hand information as remembered by Jeremy Marshall, Thursday, May 1, 2014.
Research Notes
- A James McGlashan's death was registered in the last quarter of 1904 in St Pancras, but his age at death was given as 38. Too much of a difference from 51, unless it's a transcription error.
