George Alfred McKenzie was born in 1901 in Hillston, New South Wales, Australia, son of Robert McKenzie (1857–1948) and Phoebe Varcoe (1873–1961).[1]
George (33) married May Michie (19) (born on May 1, 1915 in Bombala, New South Wales; daughter of Arthur George Michie and Caroline Elizabeth (Thomas) Michie) on March 5, 1935 in Hillston.
George died on October 6, 1977, aged 75.
