Mrs. Mary C. Rouse, 61, native of Ontario Province, Can., and a Syracuse resident 36 years, died yesterday afternoon at her home, 318 Edgewood Avenue, after a short illness. Surviving are her husband, Henry Rouse; three daughters, Mrs. Louis Keen and Mrs. Charles Gedney of Syracuse and Mrs. Joseph P. Murray of Morristown, N.J.; two sons, William H. of Ilion and Norman R. Rouse of Syracuse; a brother, Norman McKersie of Toronto, Ont.; five sisters, Mrs. Millie Carton of Galt, Ont., Mrs. George Rouse of Moravia, Mrs. Ruth Roberts of Syracuse, Mrs. Arthur Goodman of South Hannibal and Mrs. Charles Bryan of Auburn, and 16 grandchildren. The Rev. A. W. Allen will conduct funeral services at 2 P.M. Wednesday at the home. Burial will be at Onondaga Hill Cemetery.
