Died of phthsis. Research points to Moses parent being John and Elizabeth McKinley. Fairly certain Cicely Partis living with them in 1881 is actual Cicely Porteas... which links into the Black family (which we have photos of).

Found a death record for a Russel C. McKinley in Scugog age 7 months. Parents not listed on the death record however, there is a Russell Hood related to Nancy (there are so far no other Russell's found in the McKinley of Scugog).
