Biography
John was born about 1862. He was the son of Charles McMeekin and Agnes McDowall. He passed away about 1878.
His parents Charles and Agnes arrived in Lyttelton onboard the David G. Fleming, on the 09th December 1863, along with their 3 children: James 7yrs, Sarah 3yrs and John aged 10 months.
