Biography
Joseph was born in 1865 of John and Mary J McNeel [1]. Joseph first married Harriet, then after her death married Alice. Joseph died a few years later in about 1937. He is buried with his first wife in Grandview Cemetery in Altoona, PA, USA.[2]
