Biography

Diana was born about 1847, she is the daughter of William and Diana Finlayson or Mckenzie,

Diana was married three time, the first to Hugh in Edinburgh ^[1]

In 1901 she is in Edinburgh with Archibald Wilson her second husband ^[2]

After Archibald died in 1906 Diana married William Yeatts , blacksmith in 1912

Diana died on 17 Jan 1922, she was 77 and the widow of Jseph Wilson, carter and William Yeatts, blacksmith. Her parents noted as William McPherson, Sawyer (deceased) and Diana McPherson, previously McKenzie ams Finlayson (deceased ) Her death certificed and Margaret Irvine , sister was the informant and she was present at Dianas death, ^[3]

• Only the last two husbands are mentioned on the death record, this was signed by her sister Margaret Irvine of Edinburugh
• It is possible that Diana was in Prison in 1881 - there is an entry for a Diana McPherson or Chisholm in an Edinburgh prison^[4]
