Biography

Nancy was born about 1846. She was the daughter of Joseph Meadows and Nancy Pilgrim.

She married Jesse C Jackson.

She died 1 Jul 1918 and was buried at Snow Hill Cemetery in Ivey, Wilkinson, Georgia. ^[1]

Research Notes

• Her exact date of birth is unknown. Her gravestone says she was 69 years old when she died on 1 Jul 1918, which would imply she was born in 1848 or 1849 but she was shown as 4 years old with a younger sibling in the 1850 census (born 1845 or 1846), and 13 years old in the 1860 census (born 1846 or 1847).
