Gustaf Henning was born 6 April 1879 in Mejsta, Rinkaby, to the soldier Gustaf Leander Mejer and his wife Johanna Brånn.[1] In 1889 his father quit soldiering and the family became crofters in Sjögesta.[2]
Gustaf Henning Meijer was a carpenter, married to Frida Larsson since 2 May 1903. They had a son, Gustaf Raul in 1904.[3][4]
Gustaf Henning Mejer died 19 December 1947 and was survived by his wife.[5]
