Biography
Mary Jane Mentha (married name Rushbrook) was born in 1870 in Ballarat, Victoria, Australia, the daughter of Maria (Dodd) Mentha and James Frank Mentha.[1]
She married William Richard Rushbrook in 1889 in Victoria.[2] Their children were:
- Ethel May Rushbrook (1890–?)[3]
- William Hector Bygrove Rushbrook (1892–1958)[4]
- Lily May Rushbrook (1893–1967)[5]
- Caroline Margaret Rushbrook (1895–?)[6]
- Edward Francis Mentha Rushbrook (1898–1921)[7]
- Richard Harold Rushbrook (1899–1981)[8]
Mary died in 1935 in Horsham, Victoria, aged 65 years.[9]
