Thomas Baverstock Merriman was born on the 24th of August 1802 and christened at St Mary, Marlborough, Wiltshire on 4 October. He was the son of Thomas Merriman and Mary Clark.[1].
He was an Attorney and Banker at Marlborough, Wiltshire.
He married firstly Elizabeth Ward on 4 June 1827 in St Peter and St Paul, Marlborough, Wiltshire, England[2]. She died aged 49 on the 23 September 1850 at Marlborough[3].
He married secondly Sarah Elizabeth Harrison on the 30th of October 1851 at Wimbledon. She was the widow of George Augustus Harrison and daughter of George Maunsel Shield and Sarah Ingersoll Fabian.[4][5].
He passed away in 1867[6][7] and was buried 6 June at St Mary, Marlborough[8][9].
