Biography

Elizabeth was born about 1890.^[1] She was the daughter of George Mersot and Jennette Hamilton.^[2]

She married Clifford (Clifton) Teague in Chicago, Cook Co, IL on 31 Dec 1908. By the 1910 Federal Census she was living with her mother, brother, and infant son. She and Clifford apparently separated and lived apart for the rest of their lives. Clifford was admitted to a mental institution before his World War I draft registration and was institutionalized for the rest of his life. His records show that he was married the entire time, but no record beyond 1910 can be found of Elizabeth or her son.
