Biography

Mabel was born in Nova Scotia about 31 Jul 1884,^[1] the daughter of Ernest Miles and Mary Langille.^[2] By 1891, their family was living and farming in Amherst, Cumberland, Nova Scotia.^[3][1][4]

Mabel (age 20) married Robert C. Ripley (age 23) on 22 February 1905 in Chignecto, Cumberland, Nova Scotia.^[5]

Although married, she was recorded as single and living with her parents in the 1911 census.^[6]

Mable died (age 59) on 28 December 1944 in Pugwash, Cumberland, Nova Scotia.^[2]
