Biography
Caswell Mobley was born about 1801 in Wake County, North Carolina or Lancaster County, South Carolina. (Note: disputed information needs to be resolved.) His parents were believed to be Jesse Mobley and Hannah Footman Harrison.
He was married to Mary Wynne Twitty. Together they were the parents of least eight children.
