Biography

James was born in 1913. He was the son of James Montgomery and Martha Peay.

5 Sep 1969, charged with Drinking while Under the Influence (DUI), living at the 1400 block of Claremont Ave.; Richmond, Virginia.

In 1979, he lived at 1404 Claremont Ave; Richmond, VA 23227. He passed away in 1990. [4]
