John was born in 1803 [1] He married Emmeline Thomas on 16 Jun 1827 [2] and they had at least six children from 1828 to 1839. He was at home with family for the 1841 [3] and 1851 census. [4] but in 1851 he was a widow. In 1861 he was remarried to Mary, and visiting his brother Nicholas [5] In 1881 John and Mary were at home and hosting other family members [6]
