Marius G. Morency, 77, of 13 Pleasant St., Rockville, formerly of Brookfield Street, Hartford, died at Manchester Memorial Hospital Tuesday. Born in Canada, he lived in Hartford most of his life, moving to Rockville 13 years ago. He was a retired construction carpenter for various companies. He leaves a son, Leo Morency of Hartford; two daughters, Mrs. George McCombe of Rockville and Mrs. Roy Culleton of Pala- tine, Ill.; three brothers, Ernest Morency, Honorius Morency and Alidore Morency, all of Lewiston, Maine; a sister, Mrs. H. W. Coggin of Buffalo, N.Y., and 10 grandchildren.

Husband of Alma Croteau, married June 9, 1919, Lewiston, Maine.
