Biography
Sylvester was born in 1828.
During the 1850 census, Sylvester was living in Nodaway, Andrew, Missouri, at the home of his older brother Richard Morris who was married to Mary (née Patterson) and had a one year old son William. Living with them were Sylvester's younger brother Robert L. Morris, as well as fourteen year old Joshua Patterson. In the house next door lived another brother, Francis M. Morris. [1]
In 1856, Sylvester married Adaline McCulla. [2]
Sylvester passed away in 1910. [3]
