Egbert never married to Geertruij Hardenberg, but she is registered as his housewife and he is mentioned as father of her daughter and she has given birth to her daughter on board of his ship "de Hoop". At this time they told the midwife they where married. At that time Egbert's first wife had already passed away.
Death
