NURSING HOME.-PEACE, QUIET, AND GOOD ATTENDANCE. One of the principal essentials for a nursing' home, when, above all things, the patients most hare quietude peace and calm, health restoring rest is that it is situated far from the madding crowd. Mrs. W. H. Bruggemann (nee - Nurse Mundy) has recently opened- such a home at 'Wurriiparinga Young street 'Wayville, the third house from the Goodwood road. It is situated on a large block of land and is separated from any other residences by fully 100 yards. It is a pretty villa residence, with verandahs back and front, from which excellent views can be obtained, and where the patients in the last few days of their convalescent stage, can sit in the sun and breathe into their lungs the sweet, fresh air. Mrs. Bruggemann having had many years experience as a nurse, has furnished' her home in the most up-to-date manner. There is bedroom accommodation for eight patients, and. the rooms are all furnished in exquisite taste, and with the fullest regard to all hygienic requirements. Everything is spotlessly clean. There is a handy medical cabinet containing all things required to properly attend to ladies both during and after their illness. This is a useful contrivance, and can be noiselessly wheeled from room to, room, according to the particular locality in which it is required. There is a comfortable, well-furnished sitting room, hot and cold baths, and all the kitchen and pantry accommodation necessary. Mrs.. Bruggemann is better known to many as Nurse Rhoda Mundy, as before she was married she had a number' of years' experience as nurse in some of the largest homes and private hospitals in the city. She is a bright, cheerful lady and wherever she goes her patients esteem, respect, and love her. I
