Biography
Hezekiah, the son of Samuel Murdock and Zipporah Bacon, was born on 30 Jun 1776 at Uxbridge, Worcester, Massachusetts Bay Colony.[1] The intention to marry between Hezekiah and Polly (Taft) Murdock was recorded on 26 Jan 1798 at Uxbridge.[2] Their marriage was performed on 7 Feb 1798 in the same location.[3] The couple had at least nine children during their marriage.[4] Polly passed away on 29 Aug 1816. Hezekiah married Lydia (Reed) Murdockon 13 Nov 1816 at Whitingham, Windham, Vermont.[5] They had at least two children during their marriage.[6] Hezekiah married a third time after Lydia passed away in 1846, this time to Betsey (Brigham) Murdock. No source is available for the marriage. Hezekiah passed away on 14 Aug 1864 at Whitingham, Windham, Vermont.[7]
