Frederick George Murphy was born about 1897 in Massachusetts. He was the son of Irish immigrants John Murphy and his wife Annie Maginnes (McGinnis?). At age 26 Frederick married Evelyn Mary Jolin on 23 Dec 1922 in Waltham, Middlesex, Massachusetts. There were four known children born into this marriage.
