Research Notes

Last notice in house records is in 1728. Death records for Sunne are missing until 1737.

Checked Sunne marriage records 1726-1733 and found one match:

• Marit Månsdotter marrying Per Svensson in 1728. ^[2]
  • Found their first child Karin. ^[3]
  • I checked the entire 1729-1735 house records for Per Svensson with wife Marit. Found three entires that matched.
    • In Spelnäs. ^{[4] [5] [6]} Marit seem to have died in 1745 but unfortunately the Sunne records have a gap in the death records between 1744 and 1748.
    • In Hastersby. The earlier records indicate that Annika was the wife ^{[7] [8]} but this could be incorrect according to the 1741-1746 house records. ^[9] They seem to move away in 1743 to unknown location.
    • In Årnäs. ^[10] Here Marit seems to have died in 1735, but death records for Sunne are missing between 1691 and 1737.
  • The living location in the birth record looks like Hastersby, so does her marriage location. So the most likely candidate is the one above in Hastersby. In that record they are living with her parents, father named Måns Ar*sson. This indicate that this is not the correct Marit we are looking for as her father is another Måns.
