Edward Nash was born in Kent, England.

Edward Nash was born in Maidstone, Kent on 18 May 1816 and baptised in Union Street-Wesleyan, Maidstone on 9 June 1816. He was the son of Edward Nash & Harriet Bilboe.^[1][2]

Edward Nash married Mary Ann Palmer in Strood, Kent on 24 December 1837.^[3] They had the following children:
