Biography

Emanuel was born in 1888. He is the son of Josef Neubrunn and Golde Stolzberg. He married Anna Schwartz in 1924.

By 30 Oct 1939 he was in England residing at 12 Merryhills Drive, Enfield, London and was exempted from Internment as an enemy alien on the grounds that he was a "Refugee from Nazi Oppression"

He emigrated to the US via Liverpool, arriving in New York on 11 May 1940 on SS Britannic. He applied for Naturalisation. He passed away in 1973.

In 1937 probate is granted in Austrey, Warwickshire, UK naming Emanuel and his wife Anna as beneficiaries (along with Vivian Edward Armitage Smith) in the will of his daughter Doris Sophie Neubrunn who died 15 Apr 1933 in Vienna.

In 1938 probate is granted in Austrey, Warwickshire, UK naming Emanuel and his wife Anna as beneficiaries in the will of his son Erich Neubrunn who died 20 Jul 1938 in Vienna.
