Biography

Elizabeth Knight Newsom, daughter of Pricilla and William Newsom, was born on 2 October 1791 in Virginia.

In 1850 she was living in Davidson County and owned real estate valued at $24,300.[1] She was enslaving 46 people.[2]

In 1860 she was living in Davidson County and owned personal estate valued at $20,000.[3] She was enslaving 34 people.[4]

Elizabeth Knight (Newsom) DeMoss died on 27 June 1861.[5]
