Frederick Wayne Newton (Jr.) was born in 1928. He was the son of Frederick W. Newton and Pearl Briggs. On the 1940 US Census, he was 11 years old, living with his parents and 2 younger sisters in Newport City Ward 4, Newport, Rhode Island, USA. One of his father's younger sisters: Grace Newton, 25, also lived with them at that time. ^[1]

He passed away on 5 May 1999 in Newport, Rhode Island, USA ^[2]
