Robert Nicholas of Cote/Coate, a tything of Bishops Cannings, Wiltshire^[1][2][3]

Robert Nicholas was a son of John Nicholas and Agnes Goore.^[2]

The name of his wife is unknown.

• Edward Nicholas (eldest son; of Manningford and Brokenborough, Wiltshire; died 1582)^[2][4]
• Robert Nicholas (second son; of Stert and All Cannings, Wiltshire; may have died 1592)^[1][2]
