Lydia's date of birth is given as 1 Apr 1729 in an unsourced entry in the IGI. She was baptized with her possible twin sister Sarah on 3 Apr 1729, in the parish church at Aghold, in County Wicklow, Ireland. They were the daughters of Abraham Nickson and Mary Hodson, of Coolkenno, in County Wicklow.
Lydia died shortly after their baptism in April 1729. Her burial is the very next entry in the register of the Aghold Church after their baptism, however the exact date is not legible.
Lydia's sister Sarah died about a year later, in March 1730, and was also buried at Aghold.
