Andrew was the son of Elizabeth Hopton and Andrew Noel. He was born about 1552 at Dalby, Leicestershire, England.

He married Mabel Harington in 1579 at Dalby, Leicestershire, England.

He died on the 9th of Oct 1607 in Brooke, Rutland, England.^[1]

Sir Andrew Noell, Knt of Brooke, Rutland left a will dated 11 Dec 1605.^[2] He requested burial beside his late wife Mabell in the church of Dalby, Leicestershire. He made bequests to and mentioned:
