Biography
Elsie was my great aunt, full of life and fun. When she was young she had red hair and so her family nickname was Ginger. Elsie and her husband Bill had a son William and a daughter Peggy. I remember childhood visits to them, and enjoying taking their pug dogs for walks on the beach at Whitley Bay. She died in 1981 and her obituary was published in the Evening Chronicle.
