Farmers Leave Four Big Estates Four farmers, who died last year, have left es tates valued for probate at a total of £148,559. Three of the farmers were over 70. The fourth was only 22 when he was killed in a motor accident. Charles Oliver Bland, who had retired from the land and was living in Stirling-terrace, Al bany, left estate valued at £72, 666/4/3 to his family. His two farming properties (near Brooklyn and Southern Cross) were left to his son. Mr. Bland was aged 70 when he died last August. Martin Patrick O'Hare, who had retired from his Cunderdin farm to live in Comer-street,, Como, left £32,382/1/5 to his family. Mr. O'Hare died last July aged 79, Joseph Sherzinger, a retired farmer, late of Tyrell-street, Nedlands, who died aged 78 last August, left £22,670/15/7 to relatives. Clifford Otto Ranim, who was killed in a motor accident at the age of 22, left £20,840 to his mother.
