David O'Keefe died 22 Jan 1909, at Manhattan, New York, New York, United States, aged 46, born Ireland, a carpenter. He was buried 24 Jan 1909, at St Joseph Cemetery, Yonkers N Y. His parents were given as James O'Keefe (born Ireland) and Mary Foley (born Ireland). ^[2]
