Harriet Oliver, daughter of John Oliver, ^[1] was born in about March 1878 in Camberwell, Surrey. ^[2][3] She married Robert Henry Rowley on 3 May 1900 at St Saviour's church, Walthamstow, Essex. ^[1][4]

Residence
On 2 April 1911 in Tottenham, Middlesex, with her husband Robert Henry Rowley, their children Robert John Rowley aged 10 and Dorothy Elizabeth Rowley aged 6 and her sister Rose Oliver aged 20. ^[3]
