Biography
Helen was born in 1908. She was the daughter of Carlos Olmsted and Florence Milliman.
She first married Milton Voorhees and they had four children: Frances, Katherine, Carl, and Louise.
She married second Seward Post; they had no children together.
Helen died in 1997 and is buried next to Milton in the Elmwood Cemetery, Batavia, Genesee Co., New York.[1]
