Biography

Odette Olson was born on July 7, 1912, in Madison, Minnesota, United States.^[1] She was the fifth of six children of Charles and Aurora Olson. In 1920, the family lived in Saint Croix Falls.^[2] In 1930, they worked in Centuria, Wisconsin.^[3]

Odette married Arthur D. Peterson on August 15, 1936, in Eau Claire County.^[4] They had two children. The family lived in Eau Claire in 1940 and Shelby, Wisconsin, in 1950.^[5][6] In the latter town, Odette worked as a substitute high school English teacher.^[6]

Arthur died in July 1968.^[7] Odette married Earl Frantz in 1976.^[8]

Odette passed away on April 18, 1992, in Sarasota County.^[1][9][10] She is buried at Mormon Coulee Memorial Park in La Crosse.^[11]
