ISAAC OSBORN OBITUARY CLARK COUNTY DEMOCRAT 24-MARCH-1920
Isaac Osborn was born in Grant County, Indiana, January 14, 1838 and died at his home in Marshall, March 14, 1920, aged 82 years and 2 months. On July 25, 1863, he was married to Ankah Veach. To this union were born nine children. He enlisted and served this country in the war of the rebellion. Many years ago he was united with the United Methodist Church in Auburn and later transferred his membership to the Church of Christ at Five Points. He leaves 5 sons and one daughter: Samuel of west Eminence, Missouri, William of Terre Haute, Benjamin of Kokomo, Indiana, Mrs. Allie Wylie of Marshall, Arthur of Casey and Charles of Jackson, Michigan, 20 grand children and 3 greet grandchildren. The funeral services were held at the home last Wednesday, conducted by Rev. Chelan and Sweet. Burial was in the cemetery at Auburn.
