Biography

Edith was born in St John's Wood, London on 23 June 1903. She is the daughter of William David Ottley and Harriet Susannah Hunt. Edith was baptised in Warkworth, Northamptonshire on 30 July 1905 (same date as her brother William).

In 1926, Edith married Leslie James Ralph in Paddington, London and they became the parents of 1 son, John, who was born in 1929.

She passed away in Hayes Middlesex on 1 August 1995 at age 92, predeceasing Leslie by only a couple of months.
