THEODORA OXENBRIDGE, born 25 Jul 1659 in England, was the daughter of Rev. John Oxenbridge and Frances Woodward.[1][2] Her mother died in childbirth[1] and was buried at Eton, Buckinghamshire.[2]
Theodora married Rev. Peter Thatcher[3] on 21 Nov 1677,[4][5][6] and they later removed to Milton, Massachusetts.[1] Theodora and Peter had the following children:[6]

Theodora Thatcher died 18 Nov 1697[6] and left a large family estate which was managed by her husband.[7] She was buried in Milton, Massachusetts, and her headstone is inscribed as follows:
"Mrs Theodora Thacher ye daughter of ye Revd Mr John Oxenbridge past of ye First Church in Boston & Wife of Mr Peter Thacher aged 38 years 3 months 25 days was Translated from Earth to Heaven Novr ye 18th 1697".[8] at the Milton Cemetery[9]
Theodora's father, John Oxenbridge, is a descendant of Edward III, King of England and Philippa of Hainault.[3]
