Biography
Lemuel Page, son of Lemuel Page and Sarah Demary, was born in Rindge, New Hampshire on Jan 20, 1780. [1]
He married Clarissa Whitney, daughter of Dr. Isaiah Whitney, on Jan 27, 1812 in Rindge, New Hampshire. [2]
Lemuel was a captain in the war of 1812 and colonel of the militia. They resided in Burlington, Vermont. [3] He died on May 8, 1825 in Burlington, Vermont [4] and his widow remarried.
They had seven children, four dying in infancy. [3]
