Wedding. A quiet marriage ceremony was per formed by the Rev. M. Vaughan at St. Mary's Church, Crookwell, on Wednesday morning, the contracting parties being Mr. James Robert McDonald, fourth son of Mr. Chas. McDonald, of Temple Hill, near Peelwood, and Miss Ethel Maud Pagett, eldest daughter of Mr. James-Samuel Pagett, of Binda. The bride was given away by her uncle, Mr J. J. Lynam, of Peelwood. Mr. Norman Carruthers acted as best man, and Miss Ida Mary Pagett (sister of the bride) acted as bridesmaid. The bride was attired in a gown of lavender silk, and wore a gold brooch the gift of the bridegroom. The bridesmaid wore a dress of sky blue, and had a gold brooch, also the gift of the bridegroom. After the ceremony the bridal party drove to the home of the bride's parents, where the wedding breakfast was held, and a social evening's entertainment was given.
