Biography

Ernest Palmer was a son of Henry Phillips Palmer and Caroline Scott (Moore) Palmer.[1][2]

Birth

He was born 23 January 1867 in Leominster, Herefordshire, England and was baptised 15 September 1867 at Leominster.[2][3]

Marriage

Ernest Palmer and Elizabeth Masters were married between July and September 1893 in the registration district of Warwick (Warwickshire), England.[4]

Residence

  • 1871 to 1881 (with his parents) at 18 Drapers Lane, Leominster, Herefordshire. [3][5]
  • 1891 (single) and 1901 (married) at 54 Clemens Street, Leamington, Warwickshire. [6][7]
  • 1911 to 1956 at 25 High Street, Leamington, Warwickshire.[8][9][10]

Occupation

His occupation was "Watchmaker & jeweller, dealer, shopkeeper and repairer".[6][7][8][9]

Death

Ernest Palmer died 27 July 1956 at Warneford Hospital, Leamington Spa, Warwickshire.[10] He was 89 years of age.[11]

Probate was granted 14 February 1957 to his sons Cyril and Alaric Ernest.[10]
